The Moon is a well-located commercial building in lower Jamestown, fronting on Napoleon Street just up from the circle at the head of Main Street. There are two principal rooms measuring 6.5 X 5 metres and 4.3 X 5 metres, a small storeroom and a staff washroom on the main floor, with a basement store below. A separate room at the south end of the Moon, with its own entrance off Napoleon Street, is used as the Bahá’í Information Centre.
Since rebuilding in 1993 The Moon had been used by Cable & Wireless plc as their Jamestown office until larger premises were secured, by Solomon and Company plc as their Insurance Office until in house remodelling had been completed, and then by Capricorn Studios for their headquarters and Jasper's Shop.
It is currently let to Moonbeams who sell cards, gifts & souvenirs.
